About the Instructor
- Dr. Suraj B is a MD doctor, pharmacologist, and clinical research professional with over 15 years of experience. As a Professor of Pharmacology, he has mentored undergraduate and postgraduate medical students while contributing extensively to research, pharmacovigilance, ethics, and evidence-based medicine.
- Throughout his academic career, Dr. Suraj has held progressive teaching and leadership positions, with responsibilities spanning medical education, curriculum delivery, academic administration, institutional ethics, and antibiotic stewardship. He has also served as a subject expert for postgraduate medical entrance preparation and has actively contributed to faculty development and research methodology training.
- Dr. Suraj has an extensive research portfolio on clinical pharmacology, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), diabetes management, and biomedical ethics. He has authored over 19 national and international research publications, guided ICMR student research projects. He served as a reviewer for a leading pharmacology journal, and regularly delivers invited lectures at national conferences, workshops, and continuing medical education (CME) programmes.
- At Academically, Dr. Suraj mentors learners enrolled in programmes related to Clinical Research, Clinical Drug Development, Pharmacovigilance, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory Affairs. Drawing on his extensive academic, research, and teaching experience, he helps learners strengthen their scientific knowledge, research methodology, and practical understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, preparing them for rewarding careers in clinical and non-clinical healthcare roles.
