About the Instructor
Dr. Skandashree B S is a medical professional with specialisation in pharmacology and over 9 years of experience in clinical research, pharmacovigilance and medical monitoring. She has worked across multiple Indian and international clinical trials, gaining hands-on exposure to real-world drug safety and regulatory practices.
She currently works as a Medical Monitor and has previously held senior safety and medical advisory roles with organisations such as IQVIA, EMMES, JSS Asia Pacific and Awinsa Life Sciences. Her work involves medical review of individual case safety reports, scientific causality assessment, serious adverse event reporting and periodic safety data review for clinical trials.
Dr. Skandashree has been closely involved in several high-impact studies, including COVID-19 vaccine and drug trials, biologic therapies and monoclonal antibody programs in autoimmune and specialty disease areas. She has also contributed to safety presentations for DSMB meetings and supported regulatory reporting to authorities such as DCGI.
Her strong academic background and practical teaching approach will be instrumental for AMC, USMLE, DHA, FMGE, NEET PG aspirants and learners upskilling in the field of Medical Science Liaison, Drug Safety Physician, Pharmacovigilance, Clinical Research, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Writing and related roles by bridging theory with real-world application.
