Educational Qualification
Candidates must have one of the following:
- Diploma in Pharmacy (after 10+2 Science) from a recognized institution and registration.
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from a recognized university and registration.

Medical Standards
Candidates must meet vision and physical standards:
- Vision Category: C-2
- Distance Vision: 6/9 & 6/12 (with/without glasses)

LASIK candidates may be eligible if surgery was at least 1 year ago.
