What is the NExT

It is a common medical licensure exam that will replace both FMGE and NEET-PG in future. The NExT exam is mandatory for both Indian and foreign students who wish to practice medicine in India.

NExT Exam Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for the NExT exam are as follows: 

  • The candidate must be an Indian citizen.
  • The candidate must have a valid MBBS degree from a recognised body 
  • The candidate must have obtained at least 50% marks in their graduation.
  • To appear in NExT 2, the candidate must have completed their internship training after the NExT 1 paper.

NExT Exam Test Centres
